The Challenge:
North Dakota Chiropractic Association (NDCA) wanted to move from the limiting and expensive Memberclicks platform to WordPress while preserving membership features and improving the website presence and control.
The Result:
We saved NDCA over 50% in annual overhead by switching to a combination of WordPress, a member management system, an events and ticketing system, and Stripe for payments for members and events.
We designed a clean, modern, and responsive website using their brand's green. We ensured that all important public information was accessible in an intuitive way while also protecting member-only content.
We also reduced signup and event registration friction by removing the requirement to pre-register (in the case of a non-member) in order to access events, forms, and documemts that should never have been behind a login-wall.
Through the member system we included a directory feature. And we also provided a Classifieds feature run through WordPress's native blog functionality.
